The little things

This week, I have had lots of little miracles and blessings. I love the chance to write a blog because it gives me an extra reason to take time to appreciate the simple joys of life. Family and friends taking the time to make my day yesterday special, having an electric blanket to cuddle with when i'm freezing at night, having a fair Disney collection, the days my internet works, having less homework than i thought i would have, a great conversation with my aunt, the best Book of Mormon class, the list goes on and on. I think that a big part of this life is learning to find joy in the journey, to be happy now despite the hard things we are facing. As Elder Wirthlin puts it,

"Don't wait for tomorrow. Don't wait for the right job, the right house,

the right salary, the right dress size. BE HAPPY TODAY. Be happy now."
